Question: How can I keep my poop, which is basically firm, from being so messy to clean up?

Thank you for answering! I am a vegetarian and daily eat oat and wheat XXXXXXX oat meal, hummus, greens, an apple, orange and half a banana. I haven't found that messiness varies with my diet.

Flatulence sometimes sometimes seems to result in a little brown feces on my anus, without me even knowing it until I look.

Which exercises would likely help? I do the first five in XXXXXXX Kelder's book, Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth daily.

Would Gas X, Mylicon or other product containing simethicone help?

This is not related to food.

Detailed Answer:
If the small amount of poop is coming out without you knowing it, then its not related to food you eat, but its anal/fecal incontinence. In lay terms your anal sphincter is weak.Food changes wont alter this.Ideal would be to see proctologist for this , to check strength of anal sphincter.

Yes, gasX can help.Eating meal well chewed meals also result in less flatulence.A walk after meal will help burping out air gone inside along with food.

I am unaware of XXXXXXX Kelder's work, but I think you can try Suryanamaskar- its kind of simplified yoga- all necessary yoga exercises are include in one exercise in this.It has been proved to be extremely helpful.You can read about it online.
