How To Get Pregnant After Tubal Ligation?

Question: Hi I got my tubes tied will in a abusive relationship, now I am with my childhood boyfriend and want a baby so bad, but don't have the money to do a tube reversal or invitro! Im am emotionally distraught I cant get pregnant, is there something else I can do?
