Question: Hi Doctor,
we am planning for 2nd kid. My 1st kid turned 4 yrs old. From last 6 months we are planning but no luck. Is there any thing we can follow to get result.
My wife is having Thyroid from 1st pregnancy on wards. She is taking medicine for that. She is getting menstrual cycle for every 30 days.

I understand your concerns about infertility.

Following is my reply :

1. Please check TSH levels again. If high, you need to adjust thyronorm dosage accordingly.

2. Please get semen analysis done for yourself to check if your semen is reduced in recent years.

3. Please get HSG ( Hysterosalpingogram) test done to identify patency of fallopian tubes Of your wife. Sometimes tubes get blocked after one delivery.

These are basic tests which will rule out majority abnormalities and treat if there areproblems.
