A bit change in treatment is required.
stop using the cream you are using now.
steroid aggravate the condition.
use terbinafine cream twice daily, along with that use candid powder when you go for wok. this will absorb sweat.
The most important thing is that continue using it for atleast one month even if there is improvement.
