Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash

I am a 21 year old African american female. Im 240 lbs and 5'2, but quite active. Over the past nine months i have been dealing with chronic, severe itching of my skin. Its all over my skin and is not contagious. Now I have a rash that has been around for about 4 weeks, along with a serious increase in moles and skin tags. I was taking terbinafine for quite some time also. I also started experiencing constant brown vaginal discharge. I don't know if all these symptoms are related, but the itching is the main issue.

Hello,

Skin rash is commonly due to allergy, be careful of your diet. Some food may trigger allergy, avoid taking it. Rashes are also caused due to allergy from metals, ornaments. Do not wear ornaments, jewelry, cosmetics that cause you skin allergy and hence skin rashes. Medical conditions that cause skin rashes are dermatitis, contact dermatitis, etc. Do not share your toiletries with any one. If sexually active, avoid sex for a couple of days.

Take antihistamines, one SOS at bed time to ease discomfort. Take care of your hygiene. Wash the clothes and bedding with hot water frequently. After bath, pat yourself dry and apply ointment Hydrocortisone on the area affected. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist to detect fungal infection. If fungal infection is detected you will need a course of anti fungal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
