I am sorry about your father. It is not easy to predict such things and its prognosis,but considering his age, pacemaker ans stenting situation is serious and next 2 days are usually the most important for his recovery. What was his condition when he came to hospital? Did he have breathing difficulties or pain in chest or fatigue? It is good that he hadnt signs of heart attack, you didnt mention it, so in most cases his heart function can be imroved by specific medicines. Pacemaker complicates all this stuff, but it can be readjusted and replaced quickly. His improvement depends on many factors. I am sure that doctor will do everything to help him. YOu should be supportive and encourage him to fight,everything else isnt in your hands
