Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
It seems from the history that you are having refractive error of 2.75 dioptres in both the eyes and you want to know about surgeries to have spectacle free life as you don't like to wear spectacles.
If you do not want to wear spectacles the option available is to undergo refractive laser surgery. These surgeries are safe with proven successful results hence you can undergo these surgeries to have spectacle free life.
LASIK is one of the most commonly performed surgeries and you can undergo the surgery safely. With LASIK surgery your vision can be improved and you can have a good vision without the need for spectacles.
To undergo LASIK and other refractive laser surgeries you should be aged more than 21 years, the refractive power should be stable for 1 year. Since you are aged more than 21 years and probably your refractive error is stable, hence you can undergo the LASIK procedure.
You need to undergo investigations like orbscan to find out the thickness of cornea andif it comes out normal you can safely undergo the LASIK procedure.
Hence I advice you to consult your near by ophthalmologist for further examination and advice accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you. Please ask me if you need any further information and I will be happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
The other option is to wear contact lenses.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the followup
The other option to avoid spectacles is using contact lenses. If you can daily wear and remove the contact lenses, contact lenses are also a good option.
The cost of LASIK is about Rs. 25,000 for both the eyes, since it is a one time procedure it is preferred procedure.
The options to treat refractive error are spectacles, contact lenses and laser surgeries. Since you do not want to wear spectacles, the remaining options are contact lenses or laser surgeries.
Hence you have to choose one among contact lenses or refractive laser surgeries like LASIK.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
