Not indulging in harmful practices like smoking and substance abuse.

Aequate sleep and some sort of physical exercise is essential.

Taking recommended vaccine at prescribed interval helps in acquired immunity to certain disease.

These are general guidelines to a healthy lifestyle which gives body a good immunity.
