Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX thanks for using XXXXXXX As there are lot of conditions that affect the sexual life and you are asking for sperm count as well as stamina for sex, i want few more information on your health conditions. 1. What is your age and current sperm count? Do you have any problem in the primary or secondary sexual character? 2. What are the symptoms if you are suffering from? 3. Do you have any problem during sex? These will help us to diagnose and treat if any specific problem. If you are asking generally with no other health issues then do everyday outdoor physical and breathing exercise, eat nutritious food like fruits, vegetables and liver. These will improve the stamina during sex. Eat fig as they assist in increasing the sperm count. Adequate sleep is equally important for sexual life. Hope this helps you.
