How To Loose Body Weight?
Would not recommend fat burners. Lifestyle modification and EMS therapy suggestions.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your problem. 127 kg is a big weight for a person of 21 years of age. 3 kg of weight loss is reasonable in 3 months. You need not bother and think whether it is fat or something else. Please note that too much weight loss in very short time duration could adversely affect your health.
I would not recommend taking fat burners like hydroxycut elite. Rather, you may try going in for Electrical Muscle Stimulation Therapy that is available at many slimming centres. If you go for it, opt for inch loss sessions rather than weight loss sessions.
Apart from these interventions,
1. You need to keep the total amount of food intake in control. As weight gain is only possible if the total amount of energy taken in as food is greater than the total amount of energy expenditure.
2. Also, take small meals at periodic intervals rather than going in for big meals at long intervals.
3. Replace the carbohydrate (cereals) of your food with proteins like meat, eggs and fish. You may also increase the amount of plant proteins such as pulses, spinach, soya beans, carrots etc. It will help you to gain muscle mass.
4. Take a high fiber diet. Increase the amount of green leafy vegetables in diet.
5. Lifestyle modification to increase the total workout during normal activities.
Hope that helps.

There are many reported side effects of Hydroxycut

Thanks for writing back.
Although Betnesol could definitely have played a role in the weight gain, it could not have happened without your improper lifestyle and disproportionate food intake. Sorry if I sounded rude, but unless there was a difference between the energy intake and energy output, the huge weight gain could not have happened.
There have been enough controversies with Hydroxycut, especially with the pre-2009 formulations. There have been reports of liver failure and other adverse effects. Post-2009, the formulation has been changed but there are inadequate studies or poor quality studies (which may have been biased) to prove its effectivity and safety. Reading the following may help:

If you still feel that you are willing to try it out, you can definitely go ahead.
Let me mention that by taking some medicines to reduce the body weight, you are basically messing up with the way the body functions and so things can go wrong. Hence I would not recommend any medicines for the same.
I understand that your lifestyle limits you from small meals, but you need to balance your priorities. You can reduce the amount of rice intake and keep things like biscuits handy so that you can take them when you feel hungry. But you will have to choose between the junk and weight loss. There is no alternative where both can go along.
Hope that helps.
