To the best of my knowledge of published medical literature, there is no known herb which can lower prolactin levels, regardless of gender.

Thank you but I know when I'm sleep-deprived I have lowered prolactin because I get erections much more easily on those days. The question is then: Is there some meditation or exercise other than sleep deprivation that would do the same thing?

Prolactin levels tend to rise in response to stress.

I would consider sleep deprivation as a stressful event.

But I agree meditation and exercise are de-stressing mechanisms.

However, exercise can produce a stressful stimulus, even though positive, to potential raise prolactin. It is unlikely to exceed 40 40 ng/mL though
