How To Prepone Periods?

Question: Hello,

I had my period on May 4th it is usually 7 days , I want to prepone my period which usually comes a day or two earlier each month but occasionally delays for more than a week. I took one pill of norethisterone acetate (primolut) 5mg today. Should i continue with 1 pill 3 times a day for 5 days. Would i then most likely get my period before XXXXXXX 1st?

Thanks for writing.
As you have completed your period just recently the endometrium needs to grow before it can bleed again.
So if you want your cycle before XXXXXXX 1st I recommend that you continue one tablet of norethisterone twice a day till may 25. Consider a delay of 2-3 days after stopping the tablet you will still get you period before XXXXXXX 1.
Please don't discontinue the pill any time in between as it will cause spotting.
