Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
At 45, your wife is very less likely to conceive.
Is she having regular cycles ?
How many hours have passed since the act of unprotected intercourse ?
WHen was her last menstrual period ?
Please let me know these details Sir, so that I can guide you accordingly.
Do not use any homeopathic medications as these are not proven to prevent or stop a pregnancy.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Yes she having regular cycles.15 hours have already passed.Last menstrual period 02/08/14.
Brief Answer:
NO POINT IN TAKING ANY MEDICATION
Detailed Answer:
One option is to take emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
It has been only 15 hours, so that option is open.
However, after ovulation has occurred, the emergency pill also does not work.
Considering her last period on 2nd of August, she must have already ovulated by now.
There is no point in taking any medication right now.
It will only cause side effects.
Just wait till her next cycle, and have only protected sex meanwhile.
Take care.
