Question: Seeking ur suggestions, to reduce unwanted stuff/ loose belly. I'm 27, 5.7 and 62Kg. 1. Walking 2. Jogging; I used to earlier...but didn see any improvement after 4 months 3. Abdominal exercise Thanks, XXXX

As far as concentrating on the abdominal fat. Core strengthening excercises are the best way to go about doing this (they include stomach crunches and lateral leg raises etc). A good gym instructor or physical therapist can help give you a plan for this. As to your diet. Foods that are higher in calcium have been shown to be very helpful in keeping a trim tummy.
