Brief Answer:
Endolymphatic shunt surgery

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,

Thanks for your query.

The fluids present in inner ear namely Endolymph & Perilymph play an important role in maintenance of balance & hearing mechanism (transmission of sound waves)

However, an excess of fluid can lead to Meniere's disease resulting in vertigo (as mentioned in your medical history) & fluctuating hearing loss.

In case of failure of medical therapy, management involves surgical decompression of the endolymphatic sac (Endolymphatic sac decompression) or by creation of an Endolymphatic shunt,in which a very small silicone tube is placed in the membranous labyrinth of the inner ear to drain excess fluid.

Studies have shown Endolymphatic shunt & Endolymphatic sac decompression procedures to significantly improve the perception of physical health, as well as symptom-specific outcomes. It has been reported to achieve complete or substantial control of vertigo in 81% of patients.

So, kindly visit an ENT specialist & discuss regarding the same.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
