How To Rule Out Cysts In Corpus Luteum?

Question: Hello, I am an RN who is taking progesterone for low levels, thought I developed 3rd cyst in 3 yrs on corpus luteum, started having dizziness and chest pain. Ekg neg, ultrasound pelvic showed free fluid and 1cm fibroid, had 3 periods this month and OB said breakthrough bleeding was due to hormones. Not anemic, thyroid wnl started having RUQ slight pain. Also had kayak injury to right thigh 2 mo ago where r shoulder has been hurting....no one can find anything, I'm tachy since dizziness and chest tightness is like reverse hot flash, cold skin and shoulder pain worsening. I have seen 3 drs last week and they said hormones, not pregnant, enzymes neg and vq scan neg. Could it be gallbladder? What other tests do I need? Supposed to get glucose tolerance test done but I am supposed to be avoiding sugar for the spleen congestion, bili 0.3

The right upper quadrant pain that you have is not related to irregular periods and the hormonal disturbance. The pain could be due to gall bladder or gastritis. You can start taking omeprazole available OTC and see if it helps.
An ultrasound scan of the abdomen will also help in ruing out any liver pathology.
You can start taking combined oral contraceptives to regulate your cycles.

so y the dizziness and headache and chest pain if gallbladder or liver? I have only slight heartburn 3 wks ago before breakthrough bleeding, shoulder pain and body under stress cause gallbladder what issues specifically? could it be my spleen and if so what do I do to check this, wouldn't my at and alt be elevated? my wbc was 7.0 and eosinophils were 5 could I be allergic to something maybe?

Can be due to side effect of progesterone.

Thanks for writing again.
The dizziness and headache can be a side effect of progesterone that you are taking.
Ultrasound scan will help in ruling out spleen related issues also. Allergy is a less likely cause as the eosinophils are only marginally elevated.

also...my estrogen is high so I would not take oral contraceptives. ..I was on them for 14 years and that is what contributed to the saliva confirmation of low progesterone and estrogen excess . I do not believe in omeprazole and do u know about natural alternative such as papaya enzyme or gallbladder tonic ?

Antacids and activated charcoal will help.

Detailed Answer:
If you do not want to take omeprazole then antacids and activated charcoal can help in decreasing your symptoms. In case of estrogen excess, progesterone only pills can help. Papaya enzymes or apple cider vinegar will also help.
