How To Stop Breastfeeding A 2 Year Old Child?
Question: Hi doctor I have a doubt my 2.3 years boy stopped breast feeding one week ago again since sday midnight he s crying for milk like anything so I had given How to stop it .Also I had not given breast milk for one week so he had drink after one week whether the milk become spoiled or poisonous

Hi... I understand your concern. But after 2 years of age it is not nutritive to give breastfeeding to the child still.
The milk will not be spoilt like that. You need not worry about it becoming poisonous, so do not worry about it.
There is a lotion called FEMITE which you can apply at the nipples, so that the bitter taste and smell will make the child avoid asking for breast milk.

Thanks Doctor Hope u r doing well.Ok will do The Same. I had been suffering from wheezing last one week since he stopped breast feeding I had attached medicines .Is it safe during breast feeding. He just had milk only 5 minutes
