How To Stop Feeling Tired And Maintain Energy Levels?
Question: Hello,
I am 58 years old. I am under medication for Hypertension. I take Olmin Ch 40 once a day. I do yoga in the morning for about an hour. Oflate since 15/20 days in the morning when I get up I do not feel energetic to do the day to day activities. I am not having the normal appetite which I use to have earlier. I consulted a local doctor he suggested me to take Happi L for a week once a day in the morning. He suggested LFT, and the report is normal. He said nothing is wrong with the liver. I got my BP checked recently the readings were 130/84mmg. I have taken antibiotics course for five days almost every 30 days to 45 days during the last year- for the cough and throat infections which I suffered. What is the reason for my feeling low and not feeling energetic.?
