How To Strengthen The Sphincter?

Question: My ex an I used to do anal sex.

The last time I slept with him was a year ago-he had forced me down to do it and hurt me immensely.

This gave me a hemorrhoid and pain for three days.

For 5 years, it has been hard for me to use to the bathroom. I poor hot water inside of me to stimulate myself to use the bathroom. Sometimes I won't be constipated and I still have a difficult time pushing out my bowel. Sometimes, it would be half way out but I can't push it out. This might push me to have to put pressure in between my vagina and my anus.

I don't know how this all started, if it was before the anal sex or after. One doctor told me I just have a bad habit and to not do the hot water thing again. The only reason why I am learning about this now is because I heard someone talk about the consequences of anal sex and it scared me.

Today, I saw my family doctor. She check my anus muscles and she told me that it's strong on the inside and the outside is still good but could be better and to not worry.

I of course did not tell her about the anal sex because I was embarrassed.

My questions are:
How can I strengthen my sphincter? And is really possible for me strengthen it? Can I repair any damage I may have caused?

What do you suggest for me to be able to use the bathroom normally again?

And when I get a paps to check for stds, do I need to tell them to check my anus? Or is it all in the blood? What about oral sex? Do I need to tell them to check my throat?

Brief Answer:
Chances you have developed fissure in sno

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

One word of caution Anal sex can lead to infections in both apart from the trauma

Reply to your questions

Yes you can strengthen the sphincter
Look for pelvic floor exercise on net and start doing

Get a transanal ultrasound done to rule out any injury to the sphincter

Again it can be repaired if partial but seems unlikely in your case

It is probably more of fissure in ano yet a clinical examination will confirm

Std needs blood samples only

If your partner had a local lesion and you hsymptoms ymp oral infinfections get it examined

Hope this helps

When you say in can be repaired if partial but that it's unlikely in your case... What does that mean? Does that mean mine is all the way damaged?

Chances you have developed fissure in what??? You didn't finish the sentence.

I just used the bathroom without hot water and I was able to go. But I'm not sure if it's because I took too much fiber that it has helped.

Brief Answer:
Complete sphincter damage seems unlikely in your case

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your followup

I mean complete sphincter damage seems unlikely in your case

Partial damage can be repaired with good results

The fissure is in the anus
It usually is due to constipation or hard stool but we have seen instances of the same in Anal intercourse

Hope this clears your doubts
Wishing you a healthy life ahead
