Brief Answer:
Apply topical antibiotic steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your history and would recommend you to apply a topical steroid antibiotic combination like mometasone and fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This will help in resolving it.

Brief Answer:
Looks like post inflammatory depigmentation

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like post inflammatory depigmentation.
It will take time to resolve.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected area at night and mometasone cream on the mark during the day time.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the prescription of the doctor.
