Brief Answer:
Mild inflammation in intestines

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
The area you are telling is anatomically related to intestines and the pain you are having is spasmodics in nature.
Our intestines usually contract and relax in a rythmic fashion called peristalsis. In mild to moderate cases of inflammation of intestines full fledged symptoms like vomiting loose motion nausea etc is not present.
If there is mild inflammation in intestine then with every contraction and relaxation there would be spasmodics pain. However at times when intestine is at rest it would disappear.
Suggestions-
Ultra sound abdomen to be done to rule out inflammation.
Stool routine and culture test to rule out bacterial or Protozoal infection.

Rx
Take a probiotic like VSL#3 twice daily.
Take any antispasmodic which you have with you( would prevent spasms and would give time to intestine for recovery).
Eat very light food like Rice Banana Apple etc.
Drink plenty of water and coconut water.

Follow up with reports.
Hope I was helpful.
Thanks!

Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Yes why not pathology of IBS is yet not clear but it also causes spasmodic contraction and relaxation of intestines and therefore anti spasmodics and anticholinergics are the main stay of treatment in IBS.
I would recommend you to take antispasmodic for 2-3 days and see if you are relieved or not.
Thank you.
