I Am Having Dry Eyes. What Precaution Should I Take?
Question: I feel I have dry eyes. I feel like blinking too much as the day progresses usually after 7pm. I do not have any specs and my eyes were normal. Should I incorporate some special food? Any other precaution I must take?

You may be having dry eye as part of what we call as computer vision syndrome.This occurs due to prolong computer work,A.C. and infrequent blinking.
To tackle this we have to have 5 minute break every hour when you have different eye movement.
diet should include multivitamins,and B complex
We can then add lubricant eye drops to ease the problem.
