Sore throat at your age is not likely to be associated with the pain in the legs that you are having.
The sore throat may be due to viral or bacterial infection. Sucking on lozenges, warm saline gargles and avoiding spicy food will bring relief.
For leg stiffness you can start with tablet Ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) 400mg ( if you are not allergic ), one tablet after breakfast and dinner for three days. Hot fomentation and local analgesic gels will also help in relieving the pain.
If the symptoms are not relieved then you need to consult your physician for proper investigations and antibiotics.
