I Would Like To Get Some Diet Details And Foods Intakes Before Marriage?
Congrats and prayerful best wishes for the wedding in advance.
I can understand your concern to look pretty and smart on the day of marriage.
Of course diet is very important to give you a good look on the day of wedding . But your attitude to diet and exercise is more important. Right attitude and right preparations help. Practising right diet and right exercise will give you confidence and a radiance of health and happiness in your self.
Avoid fatty foods, fried things, chips, pasta etc. Avoid large meals and instead, take small meals at frequent intervals if needed. Avoid cakes, pastries and bread. Avoid soda, colas, aerated drinks, fruit juice. Drink more and more water. Steam rooms and saunas help. Take more water before meals, to reduce the quantity of food intake. Reduce salts . Avoid all types of sweets and coffee, tea etc. If at all you take fruits, take those having less sugar content. If you cannot avoid coffee or tea go for black coffee or green tea. No liquor please.
Another important thing to remember is do not adopt anything drastic. Any diet restrictions you take should be comfortable for you. Do not try anything aggressive. The sudden crash on your diet should not make you feel lethargic or sick looking just before or during the marriage.
Take lot of leafy vegetables, lettuce, garlic etc . Onions will increase the sex urge, to add to your confidence. Vegetables can be taken raw or steamed. Try to select fibrous vegetables. No junk foods. If you take fish or chicken go for very lean fish. No fried chicken.
Exercise also is very important. Make it for 30 minutes a day. If possible twice- morning and evening .
Remember to eat something refreshing in the morning of your wedding, because it is going to be followed by a busy day and you might not get chance to eat sufficient quantity peacefully until late supper at night.
Please do not give too much importance to the strict practices you have adopted during the last few days before marriage. Let there be a very comfortable attitude to all that and a peaceful mind without unnecessary anxieties and apprehensions.
Once again my best wishes for a happy and healthy married life.
