Question: I have a 14 yEAR old boy, This morning he said he was feeling rapid heart beat.
He tried to have breakfast and ended up with some nausea and a small vomit of what he tried to eat..

He need to be seen by child specialist or physician. Generally at his age this kind of symptoms are less likely to be related to heart. It could be some sort of gastritis or indigestion. If there persistent he made an ECG and X-ray and further evaluation. At this stage I don't see anything to be panic or worry.
