Infant Passing Watery Stool Frequently. Prescribed Econorm And Rinifol. Is It Safe?

Question: Hi doc, My baby is 3 month 25 days old. she is passing water like stool in a very little quantity every after 15-20 min gap. we visited local doctor he prescribed the econorm and Rinifol dry syrop . How safe to give it to my baby

Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for your valuable feedback . We have given two doses since last night, but there are no improvement , the baby is doing well i.e. she is smiling and playing and having feed regularly. Till now we are giving only mother's breast milk to her . Kindly suggest further course of action . Regards
