
Is 300 Mg Of Wellbutrin A Safe Dosage?

Question: I am a healthy, active 90 year old. Do I have to back up to 150 mg from 300 mg on Wellbruton? Am having minor side effects now, Wellbruton? On Wellbruton 6 months.

If you are having minor side effects on dose of 300 mg per day then in such situation I'd advise you to wait for a couple of days. If you can tolerate the minor side effects then nothing should be done. If the side effects become intolerable then dose can be reduced to 150 from 300 without any worries. This will not cause any serious withdrawal symptoms.
