Is 650 Mg Of Shelcal A Safe Dosage?

Question: I usually take shelcal 250 mg supplement for calcium. My son sent calcium 650 mg tablets from the US. I checked with my doctor and started taking the 650 mg tablet daily instead of shelcal 250mg. I will run out of the 650 mg tablets in a month from now. Can I switch to the 250 mg tablet or do I need to find a 650 mg calcium supplement and take it daily ?

Hi,

In XXXXXXX calcium supplement (shelcal) is also available in 500mg. I am not aware if you get 650mg of shelcal.

You can go back to either 250mg or 500mg of shelcal after the current course is completed.
