Regarding your concern, I would explain that both these form doses of aspirin are effective for the prevention of stroke, but 325 mg has more adverse effects.

That is why I would recommend taking 81 mg of aspirin daily for this purpose.

But, considering the fact that you suffer from atrial fibrillation, I would recommend discussing with your doctor, if it is necessary taking an anticoagulant instead of aspirin, for the prevention of stroke.

The decision should be made on the calculated CHADS2 score. In case of a score >2, anticoagulation therapy would be more effective for the prevention of stroke.

You should discuss with your doctor on this issue.
