Is Adderall Safe To Take For Loss Of Concentration?
Question: Doc, I am a 42 year old male, police officer. Married 25 years with 3 children. No health problems/significant medical history. No allergies, no current meds. 10 years ago I was a medic in the Army. My PA prescribed me adderral due to a diagnosis of ADHD. I stopped about 7 years ago.
Currently I am working on my Masters Degree and also studying for the sergeants promotional exam. I am just overwhelmed, my wife and I have 3 kids in school and sports and I can't keep up or focused. Adderral has helped me in the past and i am looking to go back on it.

Brief Answer:
It is a prescription drug
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.
Adderral is a strict prescription drug. First of all by evaluation, diagnosis of ADD should be established in your case.
After that if doctor feels that you need Adderral, it can be prescribed.
So you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist for it.
Hope I have answered your query.
