It depends from person to person..

Hello xxxxxxx123, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Now first of all, please note that Blood pressure is a variable entity and it keeps on changing throughout the day.. during certain activities, there are certain variations observed in the BP range which is considered as a part of normal physiological response of the body..one single blood pressure reading doesn't carry much significance also..
So to establish if that 108/55mmhg reading is normal/below normal, at first we need to know what is the baseline BP range in your scenario (can be obtained after a thorough series of BP recordings at different postures in serial interval throughout the day)..
Also, it'll be helpful to know if you're hypertensive or on any medications due to either hypertension or any other medical concerns..
Please let know, why did you take the BP reading while lying down? Was there any other concern/any symptoms prior to that?
Please follow-up with these details so that I can guide you further..
Take Care
Kind Regards

Nothing to worry, however further evaluation should be done..

Hello Shalva123, Welcome back,
Well, it's not something to be overly worried about. However, as I've explained earlier, this needs to be thoroughly evaluated if you're a hypertensive/on certain medications..also it'll be better to check the BP reading thoroughly throughout the day at different postures to determine the baseline BP range for you (this will be immensely helpful in future in case of any hypertensive/hypotensive episodes)..
Hope this is clear, please let me know if there's any further doubt regarding..

During tje day my BP read 120/75
Rarely over 120 or under 105
Tonight ialso tookfirst time 10!mlg of ciamis
follow-up consultation..
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxx, Welcome back,
I think you meant Cialis (Tadalafil) and not ciamis..
Yes, since the daytime BP is 120/75mmhg, this much variation can be there during lying down at night..
In case you're on any nitrate drugs (eg. Sorbitrate, Glyceryl trinitrate, Mononitrate etc.), you shouldn't be taking Cialis (I believe you must be knowing this already)..
Otherwise, there's nothing to be worried as of now..[in case you're experiencing any light-headedness, weakness, dizziness etc. just rest, and drink a lot of water], if no such symptoms then nothing to worry..
Take Care
Kind Regards

You're most welcome..
