Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would appreciate some more information on her chest pain.

Is her pain modulated by respiration or body movements?
Does she have other symptoms like shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness?

You should know that not every chest pain is a medical emergency.

It is important to make a careful differential diagnosis of different causes of chest pain: coronary artery syndrome, esophageal spasms, musculoskeletal pain, backbone chronic degeneration, gastritis, gastroesofageal reflux, etc.

Her blood pressure is within the normal range.

Have you tried any antiacids or painkillers?

If the pain is modulated by body movements, it is probably related to musculoskeletal pain and this would not be an emergency.

Hope you will find this answers helpful.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
