Brief Answer:
no this does not mean lymphoma has come back

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It is good to know that your brother is doing well. Was the transplant autologous or allogeneic?

This CD 25 test is not related to recurrence of disease but only suggest inflammatory response or graft versus host disease. Although this appears to be a bit high, I don't think it is suspicious for recurrence. Exact interpretation of this value in him will require more detail on his treatment and current symptoms and medication list.

Another test after 1 month seems reasonable.

Hope this helps.
Regards

It was autoglouse .
The other blood investigations such as;
Ldh is 232.
CRP is 6.7.
Leukocyte . 6.50.
Erythrocytes . 4.4.
Hamoglobin.14.
By the way the rate of CD25 was like or similar when I finish high dose of chemotherapy in last February .
In March I did autoglouse stem cell.
In May i did radiation,
For the medication I was taking
1-acyclovir 400mg tab
2-pantprazol 40 mg tab.
I stopped medication 2 weeks before blood investigation.
Thanks
There is no current symptoms
Just I feel gases from stomach and some times diarrhea in the morning or in the night related to when i feel gases too much.
After I heard the blood investigation I feel some pain in my chest especially the area where it was lymphoma in the midstnium ???

Thanks
