Brief Answer:
No.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your details and am glad to note that your thrombosis has resolved.

Sagittal sinus thrombosis is not related to traumatic brain injury. In most cases, there is a predisposing factor, which makes the blood thicker and it clots (resulting in thrombosis).

Common predisposing factors for thrombosis include deficiency of Protein C, Protein S and antithrombin III. Also, increased levels of homocysteine can lead to thrombosis. These can be tested in blood tests.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
