Brief Answer:
Cerazette is better option

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Micronor is a progesterone only pill. It contains 350 micrograms of Norethisterone.

Cerazette is also a progesterone only contraceptive pill. This contains Desogestrel which is newer and better progesterone and does a better job.

There is no significant side effect to worry about.
