Is Ciplox Safe During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi My wife is 23 week pregnant. she has some Ecoli infection UTI.. Doctor prescribe Ciplox 500 twice for 10 days. is it safe for pregnancy.. and we are confused, should we change the doctor.
