the reason im asking is my doctor didnt know that i have taken the 5mg of oxycodone when he prescribed me the ciprofloxacin i also just got prescribed phenazopyridine because one week ago which i still have is the sudden urge to urinate also a little burning feeling at tip but not when i urinate he tested me for std and in the mean time last week a took 4 pills of Azithromycin and called doctor today to find out my test results and the results came back negative so he said i most likely have over active bladder but isnt the other antibiotics still in my system i already took 1 pill of the phenazopyridine. i heard that oxycodone is bad with antibiotics...
Brief Answer:
Can be taken
Detailed Answer:
It seems your doctor is treating you for Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) and hence he has chosen ciproflixacin.
There is no significant interaction between Ciprofloxacin and Oxycodone. However, Oxycodone should be otherwise best avoided due to high risk of addiction potential.
