Question : ok,..my friend is allergic to bactrim and has broken out in rash. Her doctor prescribed Cipro as an alternative, She read the warnings on cipro and is now afraid to take it. What can you tell her?

Also give an anti allergic medication like cetrizine daily in night for 5 days to treat the reaction which has already occured and to prevent any further reaction.
