Tablet Ciprofloxacin will increase the level or effect of tizanidine oral by altering drug metabolism. If you haven't taken zanaflex, avoid taking it for the next 4-6 hours. They should not be taken together. It can lead to serious interactions, the most common of them being fall in blood pressure.
If you have already taken it, I would recommend you not to stay alone for the next 24 hours.
If you have any signs of dizziness, drowsiness or blackout, you must be rushed to the ER immediately. Do not take any more medication for the next 24 hours, take plenty of water and lie down.
