Brief Answer:
No antibiotics required

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query
XXXXXXX river virus infection is a self limiting infection which requires just supportive care with analgesics like tab Brufen and antipyretic like tab acetaminophen. There will be no additional benefit from any antibiotics including doxycycline
I further suggest you the following things

1. keep her well hydrated with plenty of fluids and juices
2. avoid excessive physical exertion until fever settles
3. avoid food rich in fat

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
