You can wash your face gently with mild soaps like dove twice a day and avoid repeatedly cleaning your face.No need for any other face wash formulas which claims to be beneficial..

Thers's no need for cleaning your face with any fruit juice or fruit based facial cleanser,which may cause irritation and worsen the pimples..Rather i would suggest the intake of fruits in diet which would be more beneficial..
