Hyper Pigmentation On Cheeks And Bridge Of Nose. Had Laser Treatments, But No Help. Hypothyroid. Any Better Cure ?

Good Morning Dr. Prasad, My name is AAAAA. I have hypothyroidism and I am on 25 mg of Thyronom. In the last 4 years have developed hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and bridge of my nose . Have used Triluma, did 5 laser treatments in U.S and India, did Salicyclic acid peels. Nothing seems to help. I use 75 sunsreen lotion, try to avoid the sun. I am Vit D deficient and take vit d as per the doctor recommendation. At this time the doc has given me clear zultra. Any advise, please help
