Brief Answer:
You are almost free from HIV 1 and 2 infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had a protected sex. So you are unlikely to have HIV infection or STDs.
No HIV test is 100 % foolproof. Your test is highly reliable 12 weeks after the exposure to an extent of more than 98%. You can relax with this test itself. One more non-reactive HIV ELISA or Rapid test make it 100 % reliable. You need not wait till 6 months to have another HIV test. People on immunosuppressive drugs are likely to have a delayed seroconversion. Otherwise test by 3 months is very much conclusive.

My wbc level and hb level is high,My sgpt level is 72.6 ( normal 0-42) is this has any relation with hiv?
Brief Answer:
Increase in SGPT level is unlikely to be due to HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
High WBC and HB levels indcate that you are in good health. Increase in SGPT level indicates that your liver function is little disturbed. It could be due to drugs, food habits, alcohol consumption or any other liver conditions in the past. In early HIV it would not be a feature. In late HIV infection (after 10-15 years) it could manifest either due to drugs or associated conditions.

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Anybody can get sore inside the mouth. It is a very common problem. Your HIV test 3 months after the exposure was nonreactive. You had protected intercourse. So your symptoms are not related to HIV. Dizziness is not common in early HIV infection. Similarly discomfort in the groin area is due to skin problem due to sweating. So you need not worry about HIV. Consult your physician for the present symptoms and get well soon.

May i need to test western blot or hiv 1 & 2 antigon antibody cmia ?
Brief Answer:
ELISA or Rapid test will be sufficient
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Western blot is not necessary for you. As you already had CMIA test, another ELISA or Rapid test will make it 100 % reliable. I don't know about labs in XXXXXXX but any popular lab can do this test with good interpretation.
Your CMIA Test alone is highly reliable and further test is not necessary for you.
