Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Non-penetrative Intercourse?

Question: I'm asking for risk exposure and do you think she is being honest. This Is what happened

I met a beautiful trans girl who is 34 on a trans dating site. You'd never know she was trans lol We talked for awhile then decided to meet up. We went out for drinks and dinner then back to her place where things started to escalate. I'd say we were physical for a total of about an hour, maybe 1.5 hours and most of that was all foreplay(Oral, kissing, boobs, etc..) We started to have sex unprotected, then I asked to use a condom, we did that for several minutes but I couldn't maintain and erection then back to unprotected. I'd say total time unprotected was possibly 10-15 minutes at XXXXXXX maybe 20(We had been drinking a lot) I'm airing on closer to 10 minutes XXXXXXX because there was a whole lot more foreplay then actual intercourse and some of the time was with a condom.. I was the top in all this, so insertive and NOT receptive, plus I am circumsized(I've done a lot of reading on all this). Also, I don't believe it matters for me, but I ejaculated on her back. Also my recent test was in July of 2014, completely clean, and I had not had intercourse with anyone until her.

Now that you know about the encounter, let me tell you about the person so perhaps I can get a second opinion of if she was lying or not.

I started to freak out and be paranoid basically after I stated to sober up, and the next day, which is when I did A TON of reading on this subject. For the next two days we did a lot of talking. She told me the last time she had sex was beginning to middle of November. She also said she was tested sometime before that and was completely clean. Her profile on the dating site is on the classier side, what I mean by that is no slutty pictures etc. and the same goes for her FB profile.. Her profile and what she says she want's is very restrictive and she is very picky, it literally took me almost a year of talking to her now and again to convince her to get to know me. She told me that the only way I wouldn't be paranoid anymore is if I waited to get tested and then, in her words, "When you come back clean then you'll know I'm clean". She said this under the presumption that we would be getting together again, which is not happening because while we have good chemistry physically we are two completely different people personality wise and don't mesh lol. The part that worries me is that she knows a lot of trans escorts since she used to be friends with some of them but has been slowly drifting away from that as she told me. From her profile she does not seem like the type to sleep around randomly etc... if she was I'm sure we would have met much sooner!

So far it's been one week. I have a slightly sore throat but it feels like it's from a post nasal drip, and with the temperature changes that is extremely common especially for me. Besides that I feel ok

May I have a second opinion on my risk exposure plus her attitude and if you think she seems honest?

Brief Answer:
Risk of exposure

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

You have had sex with someone who had another sex partner in the previous month. Anal sex itself stands a very high risk of transmission of any STD ( even in the circumscribed).
I recommend that you get tested after 12 weeks with HIV ELISA test.

In the mean time watch out for fever, rash and joint pain. Keep a watch on burning micturation and any form of lesion over the penis as well

I strongly suggest repeat testing just to be sure.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

When you say burning micturition you mean painful urination?
Is 12 weeks necessary or can I test sooner?
I did a lot of reading which helped ease my worry but now I'm feeling a worried again. I read the per act rate is about .11% which is very low. Granted luck and other factors always play a role.

Brief Answer:
Burning micturation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Burning micturation is seen in urinary tract infections and painful micturation is most often urethritis. It usually starts off as burning followed by extreme pain if left untreated

12 weeks would be fine and confirmatory. No need to test sooner as there would be a window of doubt always

Per act rate is higher in anal intercourse. Dont be worried just get it tested the would be the end of all worries

Based on what I said about her, and her assumption we would see each other again etc... What is your opinion on if she was being truthful or not?

It is out of the ordinary to be asked to give opinion on a person. However I feel she is telling the truth based on what you said

What would a lesion on the penis tell me? I didn't see that listed in the symptoms that I researched online
