The chances of HIV by heterosexual intercourse from a single encounter are 1 in 909 (or 0.11 percent). It means that by oral kissing the chances are extremely rare for HIV infection. But definitely if there is sore we cannot completely overrule the slightest risk. But practically speaking the chances are almost nil.
