Hi thank you for responding. Does this mean that i'm not diabetic or my my blood sugar is just in control, i was told that i was, but i do not take any medicine or anything, just diet and exercise. IT GOT TO 6.4 ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO, I LOST ABOT 25lbs, after that it went back in normal range. Do this mean i may could still have problems with this disease.
Brief Answer:
Suggests control of sugar
Detailed Answer:
Hi
This suggests that the sugar level in the past 3 months is well controlled.
Since you are not on any drugs for diabetes and sugar is well in normal range, suggests that you are not suffering from diabetes. But to confirm the diagnosis get done oral glucose tolerance test once.
Usually complications starts in uncontrolled long standing diabetes. Since your sugar is controlled and is acute onset the chance of complications is less. But you should continue monitoring sugar levels with diet and exercise.
Hope this information answered your question and helps you.
