Generally yes. Cancers positive to KRAS mutation are more resistant to almost all chemotherapeutic protocols, but some smaller part of such patient may still show some benefit of chemotherapy especially oxaliplatin based medications. However, in stage 4 with distant meastases and inooeprable liver lesions, there is generaly poor prognosis but it is worth to try with palliative measures. WIsh you good health. Regards
