Next coming to your question both lactogen and nanpro are products from Nestle. Both are prepared from cow milk. There are some gross differences between compositions of human milk and cow milk. In Nanpro they have added and subtracted some specific nutrient from the composition of lactogen to make it more similar to composition of mothers milk. And they claim that Nanpro gives definite advantage over lactogen. Nanpro is a premium product. But no studies have been done to show actually how much superior is Nanpro.

Lastly again I want to say breastfeeding is far better than any of the products. Of the two products in question Nanpro 1 is better, again how much better no one knows. Its ok to give Nanpro1 to 2 month old baby.
