Brief Answer:
You should take letrozole.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details and I can understand your concern.
So a hormone positive tumor requires letrozole treatment for prevention of relapse and this is quite necessary. Of course bone pain can occur but only in a minority of patients ans that can be easily controlled by mild analgesics. Calcium supplements will also help.
So please go ahead.
Let me know if there's any further queries.
Thanks and regards
