Brief Answer:
Could be due to nerve entrapment

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam!

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern. Lexapro is a good drug and it will definitely help you calming down your anxiety.Other than drug please do light amount of exercise and meditation to help yourself.

Talking about your burning sensation,I would ask you to go for an MRI spine to look for any nerve entrapment which might be the root cause for your burning sensation.I also think this might be related to your anxiety.Once you control your anxiety, burning will also decrease.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
